In the game, players take turns flipping cards to find matching pairs. Some cards show helpful calming techniques, while others show situations that might frustrate or upset someone. If a player picks a "Boiling Over" card, they must put it into the pot and skip their next turn. The player with the most cards at the end wins the game!
