Returns & Refunds
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). We’ll cover return shipping if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items). For refunds, please return items in their original packaging and in like-new condition.
Important Exceptions:
- Therapy Equipment (e.g., swings, sensory furniture): Custom-made items may incur a restocking fee (up to 40%) unless defective. Contact us with questions—we’re here to help!
- Oral Motor/Chewable Products: For hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt.
Product Warranty
All products are designed for use with qualified adult supervision and adherence to manufacturer safety guidelines. Developmental age should inform safety decisions.
Warranty Coverage:
Autism Homeschool Resources warrants that products will be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from shipment date. To claim warranty service:
- Notify us within 5 days of discovering a defect.
- Upon confirmation, we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund (including return shipping costs).
Limitations:
- This warranty does not cover merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or incidental/consequential damages.
- Manufacturer warranties (if included) apply separately.
- Autism Homeschool Resources assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages related to product use.
