Anger Management Box

The Anger Management Box is a fun, hands-on way for kids to learn how to manage their anger in healthy ways. Through simple and engaging activities, children can practice important skills like recognizing their feelings, calming down, and finding positive ways to express themselves. This box helps kids build CASEL skills like self-awareness, self-management, and empathy.

The activities are easy and include five simple steps:

1. Recognize your anger by shaping it with clay.

2. Control your anger by calming your mind and body with anger management cards.

3. Understand your feelings by using origami to help “unbox” and accept what’s bothering you.

4. Face your anger and find solutions using a fun wooden catapult.

5. Reflect by writing down your feelings in a notepad to help release your anger.

This box is a great way for kids to learn how to stay calm and deal with their emotions in a positive, productive way.
