The Arcada Stand and chair is a safe, calming space for kids or adults who need a quiet moment to relax or those who benefit from gentle movement. The sturdy frame works with both single point hammock chairs and the Joki swing, providing a soothing experience.  Choose your desired chair type in options.

Designed in Germany, the stand features:

  • A removable safety net to prevent swinging too fast and to keep the swing from tipping over.

  • A wide, stable base (5'1" x 4'11") to ensure the stand is secure.

  • A strong, durable frame made of powder-coated galvanized steel.

  • An adjustable rope system that allows you to change the swing's height easily.

  • The stand supports up to 350 pounds, so it can be used by both children and adults.

Please note: The stand weighs 60 pounds and will need two people to put it together.

WOW - WAY bigger than thought

We're very pleased with the hammock chair, but it is far bigger than we expected. It takes up so much space!

Very sturdy and was easy to assemble

This chair is sort of a cross between a chair and a hammock and it’s so comfortable (and comforting) to sit in. My son has autism and likes to sit in it whenever he’s feeling stressed. Something about the way it sort of swaddles is calming, and swaying in it is very relaxing. The colors are very pretty and it appears to be very well made. (It’s still pretty new and my son has been known to wear things out pretty quickly but so far it’s held up perfectly. ) It was very easy to assemble, and it fits perfectly in his bedroom. It is pretty large, so if you are putting it in a small bedroom be sure to check the measurements carefully. It works for us because he has a twin bed with a built-in dresser. A bit pricey, but well worth it in my opinion.
